Received a 'no'?

It happens, and it's not your fault.

  • Try a GP who accepts non-local patients (passanten).
  • Check the wait times for gender teams; sometimes you can get an appointment quickly outside the UMCs (University Medical Centers).
  • Try a private option like Anne Health.
  • Visit a safe DIY meeting of TRREX or TRENY.

Care is for everyone

NO GP, NO PAPERS, NO INSURANCE?

The GGD trans clinics in Amsterdam and Utrecht are for people who don't fit into the regular system: racialized trans individuals, undocumented people, and sex workers.

Please note: To be honest, Amsterdam has a patient stop and Utrecht has a long waiting list. If you can't wait, try a GP or attend a DIY safe session by TRREX (The Hague) or TRENY (Nijmegen).

Community

FIND YOUR COMMUNITY

A community can offer a lot, but finding one isn't always easy. We gather local groups per province and online spaces where people help each other.
